We are looking for an experienced education officer to provide support for our vocational education and pre-accredited program delivery. Supporting the program leads with the administration, planning, compliance and student support activities, you will be a key member of the program delivery team, working within one of Melbourne’s leading community-based education providers.

About the role:

  • Support the coordination of high quality, adult and community education programs
  • Contribute to program planning, compliance and student support activities
  • Understand and work within the relevant regulatory compliance requirements
  • Support the marketing and promotion activities for program delivery
  • Provide student support, program information provision, marketing support.

Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in supporting/coordinating education programs in a community setting or similar.
  • Relevant regulatory compliance requirements such as ACFE, Skills First and ASQA
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop social media content
  • Experience in providing marketing administration support
