Course Details
This course is designed to provide skill development in a range of cleaning activities. Learners are introduced to cleaning methods and tools; and workplace health and safety principles. Ideal for those who want to build on skills for that may assist their employment for domestic cleaning and those interested in path waying into the Certificate II CPP20617 for Commercial Cleaning industries.
- Clean Wet Areas
- Plan basic cleaning activities
- Maintain storage area and cleaning equipment
- Participate in workplace safety arrangements
- Clean hard floor surfaces
- Clean carpeted floors
- Perform basic stain removal from carpets
- Maintain glass surfaces
- Maintain external surfaces
- Sort, remove and recycle waste material
- Training and employment pathways
Pre-requisites: Basic computer skills and English for everyday life.
