Join our friendly walking group and enjoy good company, fresh air, and green space exposure in a brisk 30-minute walk around our local neighbourhood – finishing with afternoon tea at Pines Learning.

Guest speakers will be invited to some sessions to share information regarding available supports for Carers.

If you are unable to undertake the walking component, let us know and we would be pleased to have you join us after the walk at 2.15 pm to meet our guest visitor, share afternoon tea and have a friendly chat.
